Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Male or female patients aged 19 years or older 2) Patients diagnosed with stroke (including ischemic stroke, hemorrhagic stroke, and subarachnoid hemorrhage; ICD-10 codes I60, I61, I63) based on clinical presentation and neuroimaging findings, who are prescribed and taking ChungHyulDan (HH333), an in-house herbal formulation of Kyung Hee University Korean Medicine Hospital, for the purpose of secondary stroke prevention in either the outpatient clinic or inpatient ward 3) Patients (or their legal guardians/proxies) who fully understand the purpose and nature of the study and voluntarily agree to participate by providing written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with traumatic hemorrhagic stroke or traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage 2) Patients who, based on clinical judgment and examination or laboratory findings, are deemed by the investigator to be physically or psychologically unsuitable for participation in the registry study
