Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 19 years or older undergoing primary foot and ankle surgery will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients under 18 years of age Patients undergoing revision surgery Patients undergoing simultaneous procedures on other anatomical sites Patients with chronic liver disease or chronic renal failure Patients receiving surgery related to industrial accidents or compensation claims Patients with bleeding disorders or currently taking antiplatelet agents Patients with a history of drug allergies
