Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult men and women between the ages of 18 and 80 who are scheduled to undergo pancreatic duodenal resection 2. A person who voluntarily decides to participate after hearing sufficient explanation for this clinical trial and agrees in writing
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of type 1 immediate hypersensitivity reactions to cefazolin or cefotaxime or metronidazole 2. If treatment is not completed for preoperative active or uncontrolled infections 3. If antibiotics were taken for any reason within a week prior to surgery 4. If you are taking immunosuppressants for a long time due to other comorbidities 5. During dialysis or if you have KDIGO Grade 3 or higher renal dysfunction (GFR <45) 6. Pregnancy or lactation
