Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Healthy adults (20s) 2) Those without musculoskeletal abnormalities in the wrist and shoulder joints in the past 6 months 3) Those without other concomitant diseases that limit research activities 4) Those who can voluntarily participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who have had a history of musculoskeletal surgery in the upper limbs in the past 2) Those who currently have pain in the wrist, shoulder joint, or elbow 3) Those who have pain with physical activity 4) Those who have sensory or motor paralysis due to neurological damage
