Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who have undergone mastectomy with sentinel lymph node biopsy or axillary lymph node dissection (2) Patients diagnosed with unilateral breast cancer-related lymphedema classified as stage 1 or 2 according to the International Society of Lymphology (3) Patients who have shown minimal response to conventional conservative treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with bilateral breast cancer-related lymphedema (2) Patients with metastatic breast cancer (3) Patients with an allergy to local anesthetics (4) Patients with infection or cellulitis (5) Patients who are receiving anticoagulant therapy or have a coagulation disorder

Change in volume difference between the affected and contralateral upper limbs

Change in volume difference between the affected and contralateral upper limbs, changes in affected-arm volume, and Lymphedema and Breast Cancer Questionnaire scores.
