Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The research participants for this study include nurses, caregiver aides, disability support workers, and family members, and the specific inclusion and exclusion criteria are as follows: ? Adults aged 19 or older who are directly involved in caregiving activities, including nurses, caregiver aides, disability support workers, and family members ? Individuals who are capable of communication and do not have any cognitive impairments ? Individuals who understand the purpose of the study and voluntarily consent to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Care unit managers and supervisors who do not directly perform caregiving activities ? Individuals with severe mental illness or physical diseases that may hinder participation in the study
