Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Chronic stroke patients at least 3 months post-onset -Patients with Manual Muscle Test grade = 2 in the shoulder or elbow of the affected upper limb (sufficient for task performance using the gravity support function of the Kinarm Exoskeleton) -No other neurosurgical conditions affecting vision or the vestibular system -Passive range of motion of at least 70% of normal in the upper limb joints -Able to sit independently and maintain trunk stability -Sufficient language and cognitive ability to understand and follow instructions (Mini-Mental State Examination-Korean version = 15)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Presence of central nervous system disorders other than stroke -Dorsal sensory abnormalities, including conditions that may affect proprioception, vibration, or discriminative touch (e.g., spinal white matter lesions, peripheral neuropathy such as diabetic neuropathy, multiple sclerosis) -Severe movement limitation due to spasticity (Modified Ashworth Scale > 2) -Orthopedic conditions affecting the upper limb that limit movement (e.g., fractures, osteoporosis, dislocations, adhesive capsulitis) -Pain, infectious diseases, or open skin lesions or dermatological conditions on the affected upper limb
