Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged between 18 and 80 years 2. Individuals with chronic stroke (onset = 6 months ago) 3. Korean version of the Mini-Mental State Examination (K-MMSE) score = 24 4. Functional Ambulation Category (FAC) score of 3 5. Voluntarily provided written informed consent after understanding the purpose and procedures of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe visual field defects or visual-perceptual disorders 2. Orthopedic limitations (e.g., contractures, post-surgical complications) affecting gait 3. History of cardiovascular diseases (e.g., angina, heart failure) that may pose risks during intervention 4. Any other condition deemed inappropriate for participation by the investigator
