Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients aged >18 years who had undergone elective gynecological surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with respiratory diseases that affect respiratory mechanics, such as acute respiratory distress syndrome or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, as well as patients with cognitive dysfunction that make it difficult to understand the study, or it was difficult to obtain stable values for each index due to the total operation time being less than 30 minutes, and cancer patients undergoing complex surgery were excluded from this study.
