Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Women aged 20 to 39 who have signed the informed consent form 2) Overweight or Class 1 obese individuals (BMI = 23 kg/m² and < 30 kg/m²) 3) No participation in structured exercise programs for past three months before study entry 4) No significant weight changes (? BMI <±3 kg/m²) for past three months before study entry

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria include the following: 1) Individuals with severe arthritis or musculoskeletal disorders 2) Individuals taking chronic medications related to glucose or lipid metabolism, or high blood pressure 3) Individuals with angina, type 1 or type 2 diabetes, a history of heart surgery, myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, or epilepsy 4) Varsity team athletes 5) Individuals who are unable to communicate
