Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Individuals aged between 19 and 35 years • Individuals who are willing to participate in the study and have signed the informed consent form • Individuals who are able to visit the research laboratory once a week for 4 consecutive weeks • Individuals who are physically and mentally healthy (i.e., no recent diagnosis of infections, immune-related disorders, or mental health conditions) • Individuals who are not currently taking medications that may affect the immune system (e.g., anti-inflammatory drugs, immunosuppressants, corticosteroids) • Individuals who do not engage in excessive smoking or alcohol consumption • Individuals who are not pregnant or breastfeeding
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Individuals who do not meet the age requirement -Individuals who are unable to visit the research laboratory once a week for 4 consecutive weeks -Individuals who have experienced an infectious disease (e.g., influenza, COVID-19) within 3 months prior to the start of the study or have been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, lupus) -Individuals who are currently or have previously been diagnosed with a major psychiatric disorder (e.g., depression, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia) -Individuals who are currently taking medications that may affect the immune system (e.g., anti-inflammatory drugs, immunosuppressants, corticosteroids) -Individuals who smoke excessively or consume alcohol heavily (i.e., those who smoke more than 10 cigarettes per day or consume more than 14 alcoholic drinks per week) -Pregnant or breastfeeding women, as hormonal changes may influence study variables such as inflammatory responses and interoception
