Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 65 years or older who understood the purpose of the study and voluntarily agreed to participate A Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) pain score of greater than 3 and less than 6 Individuals who are alert, capable of communication, and able to complete questionnaires independently or with verbal assistance from the researcher

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women under the age of 65 A VAS pain score of less than 3 or greater than 7, or VAS = 6 during exercise performance History of lumbar spine surgery within the past year History of cancer within the past five years Participation in other clinical trials and intake of investigational drugs within the past four weeks Individuals with communication difficulties that prevent them from completing study assessments
