Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals between 20 and 65 years of age with low back pain persisting for more than three months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a history of spinal disorders, fractures, injuries, or surgeries Women who are pregnant or may be pregnant Individuals with severe cardiovascular or respiratory conditions Individuals with psychological or physical disabilities that may limit participation in the study Individuals with a body mass index (BMI) exceeding 30 kg/m²

Spinal alignment and movement;respiratory function (FVC, FEC1, thoracic circumference);lumbopelvic stability (leg lowering with abdominal draw-in maneuver);electromyography of abdominal muscles (rectus abdominis, external oblique, internal oblique - during trunk curl-up and leg raising);muscle thickness (rectus abdominis, external oblique, internal oblique, transverse abdominis, multifidus) using sonography;diaphragm excursion (quiet and deep breathing) using sonography;muscle strength of pelvic rotator, trunk flexor, thoracic extensor
