Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy participants aged 20 years or older and under 65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who have experienced low back pain within the past year Individuals with a history of spinal disorders, fractures, injuries, or surgeries Women who are pregnant or may be pregnant Individuals with severe cardiovascular or respiratory conditions Individuals with psychological or physical disabilities that may limit participation in the study Individuals with a body mass index (BMI) exceeding 30 kg/m²
