Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy Korean adults (male and female) between the ages of 19 and 49 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria - Individuals who have engaged in excessive alcohol consumption during the past week. - Individuals who have participated in a human application (clinical) study within the past month. - Individuals taking dietary supplements or medications that may affect alcohol metabolism. - Individuals with alcohol metabolism disorders, diabetes, hypertension, gallstones, pancreatitis, gout, active tuberculosis. - Individuals with gastrointestinal bleeding or a history of surgery, or with kidney, liver (e.g., hepatitis B or C carriers, alcoholic liver disease), heart, lung, gastrointestinal, or neurological disorders. - Pregnant or lactating women. - Individuals who usually consume little to no alcohol (less than once a month) or who are abstinent.
