Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Those with a 100mm visual analogue scale score of 3 or higher 2) Those who have experienced back pain for more than 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those receiving other treatments for low back pain other than mediation 2) Those with clinical spinal instability or inflammatory arthropathy 3) Those experiencing physical or mental health problems other than chronic low back pain 4) Those engaging in regular physical activity (defined as engaging in regular physical activity more vigorous than a leisurely walk at least twice a week) 5) Those who have experienced a fracture or surgery of the spine or lower extremities within the past 6 months 6) Those with low back pain due to a traffic accident 7) Those with heart problems such as angina, congestive heart failure, or coronary artery disease
