Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Women aged 19–39 years with a confirmed diagnosis of index ovary syndrome (feasibility) - Able to understand the study purpose and provide informed consent in Korean - Owning a smartphone and able to use the KakaoTalk messaging application

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Diagnosed with other endocrine disorders - Diagnosed with a severe psychiatric illness or cognitive impairment that could affect their ability to participate or provide informed consent - Being pregnant
