Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Voluntary participants aged 19–28 years, including undergraduate and graduate students. Individuals who have provided consent for the collection of data. Mild to moderate symptoms of depression or anxiety: - Participants reporting mild (10–14 points) to moderate (15–19 points) depression on the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9; total score range: 0–27). - Participants reporting mild (5–9 points) to moderate (10–14 points) anxiety on the Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7; total score range: 0–21).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-Korean individuals. Severe symptoms of depression or anxiety: - Participants reporting severe depression (20 points or above) on the PHQ-9. - Participants reporting severe anxiety (15 points or above) on the GAD-7.
