Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Community-dwelling older adults aged between 65 and 80 years Both male and female participants Diagnosed with dementia by a dementia center or medical institution Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) score between 0.5 and 2.0 (mild to moderate dementia) Able to walk independently or walk more than 10 meters with an assistive device (e.g., walker or cane) Capable of understanding the study purpose and procedures and providing written informed consent Legal guardian or family member provides proxy consent for participation if necessary
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of moderate to severe neurological disorders (e.g., stroke, Parkinson’s disease, traumatic brain injury) Hospitalization or surgery due to cardiovascular diseases (e.g., myocardial infarction, angina) within the last 3 months Musculoskeletal conditions that limit exercise participation or interfere with physical assessments Severe hearing or visual impairments that may hinder participation in cognitive or physical testing Planned surgery or ongoing treatment during the study period High fall risk due to poor balance or instability during walking Severe cognitive impairment affecting the ability to follow instructions Inability to obtain informed consent from the participant or their legal guardian
