Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent spinal surgery at the orthopedic ward of Kyung Hee University Hospital at Gangdong between January 2020 and December 2024 Aged 18 years or older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients whose skin injury status cannot be determined Patients with missing key clinical data (e.g., sex, age, skin status) Admissions or surgeries unrelated to skin injury risk
