Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia Patients with Parkinson's disease undergoing orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia Patient's who signed the written and verbal informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who: - Take steroids or immunosuppressants that may affect the immune response - Have heart diseases, such as myocardial infarction or coronary artery disease, in addition to diabetes or hypertension - Have pulmonary diseases, such as asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) - Have liver disease with AST/ALT levels more than twice the normal range - Have a history of hypersensitivity reactions to inhalation anesthetics or propofol - Require vasopressors, such as dopamine or dobutamine, due to severe hypotension during surgery - Are undergoing cancer surgery - Require total intravenous anesthesia (TIVA) using propofol and remifentanil
