Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted to the Department of Neurology at Hallym University Chuncheon Sacred Heart Hospital Adults aged 50 years or older Diagnosed with one or more of the following neurological conditions: 1.Stroke 2.Parkinson’s disease 3.Neuromuscular diseases 4.Neurodegenerative diseases 5.Peripheral nervous system diseases Individuals who have received a full explanation of the study and voluntarily agree to participate by providing informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with musculoskeletal disorders that interfere with grip strength measurement Patients with physical or intellectual disabilities who are unable to cooperate with the assessments Patients with severe quadriplegia Terminally ill patients Patients admitted in emergency situations Individuals who do not consent to participate or who withdraw consent during the study
