Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients diagnosed with colon cancer and undergoing surgery - Age: 20 to 80 years old - Tumor size 3 cm or larger (if residual tissue can be utilized after surgical resection)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Withdrawal of consent - In case of violation of selection/exclusion criteria - In case the researcher determines that the research is not appropriate to proceed

We aim to calculate the sensitivity and accuracy of the algorithm results using tissue spectroscopy for collected fresh-frozen tissues.
