Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Parents Parents (mother or father) of children enrolled in elementary schools, community child centers, or registered with Dream Start located in Seoul or Gyeonggi Province. Parents who reside with their child. Parents who have consented to their child's participation in this study. Parents who own a mobile phone capable of using the app. ? Children Children attending elementary schools, community child centers, or using Dream Start in Seoul or Gyeonggi Province. Children within the elementary school age range (7 to 12 years old). Overweight or obese children (with a body mass index at or above the 85th percentile). Children who have consented to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Parents Parents of children with physical or mental disabilities. Parents who are immigrants and have limited proficiency in the Korean language, making it difficult to participate in the survey and intervention process. ? Children Children with physical or mental disabilities. Children diagnosed with a specific disease by a physician and receiving outpatient treatment in intervals of three months or less within one year before the recruitment date. Children from grandparent-headed households.
