Others : The program in this study, designed for participants in the experimental group, will consist of 6 to 7 sessions, each lasting approximately 60 minutes, over a period of less than four weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults currently residing in South Korea 2. Individuals who understand the explanation of this study and voluntarily consent to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who have difficulties with language expression or cognitive comprehension that hinder their ability to understand the study and provide self-reports. 2. Individuals who do not voluntarily consent to participate in the study.
