Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult males aged 18 to 35 years diagnosed with a first-degree ankle sprain 2. Adult males with no problems with lower extremity function at the time of examination 3. Adult males who agreed to participate in this study and voluntarily signed a written consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Adult males who have had a complete rupture, fracture, or surgery on one of the ankle ligaments within the past 6 months 2. Adult males with second- and third-degree ankle sprains who have difficulty performing balance exercises 3. Adult males with balance disorders or conditions that affect balance
