Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with stroke via CT or MRI, those who scored = 24 on the Korean version of the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE-K), those with a Functional Ambulation Category (FAC) score of 2 or 3, and those capable of walking independently for at least 2 min with an assistive device.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with other neurological disorders, such as brain tumours or traumatic brain injury, visual field deficits that impair walking, orthopaedic diseases or surgical histories that could interfere with gait, and skin lesions that would hinder the safe use of the harness system.
