Individuals experiencing symptoms and signs related to the neck, including restricted range of motion, episodes of varying duration or fluctuating persistent pain, and pain originating from the neck that radiates to the ocular, frontal, and temporal regions. 2. Individuals presenting with occipital, unilateral, or laterally dominant headaches that originate from the occipital or posterior cervical region. 3. Individuals with headaches persisting for at least three months and occurring at least once per week. 4. Individuals with neck pain lasting for a minimum of six months. 5. Individuals with a positive response to the flexion-rotation test, conducted to identify movement impairment at the C1/2 segment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Headaches not originating from the cervical region, headaches accompanied by autonomic symptoms, or those associated with symptoms such as dizziness or visual disturbances. 2. bilateral headaches. 3. History of severe cervical trauma, instability, or cervical surgery.
