Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - 65 years of age or older - Those who agree with the purpose and value of the study and consent to participate - Those who can walk and exercise muscles - Those who can communicate - Those who have not participated in another exercise program within the past 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Those complaining of chest pain or those with heart-related diseases - Those who have difficulty performing exercise due to musculoskeletal and cerebrovascular diseases - Those with moderate cognitive impairment and a K-MMSE score of 19 or lower - Those who have difficulty understanding the questionnaire and communicating
