Others(Game-Based Rehabilitation Therapy Using Nintendo Ring Fit™) : Rehabilitation exercise interventions will be implemented using methods tailored to each patients individual functional abilities.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pediatric patients currently admitted to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) or hospitalized in general wards due to acute medical or surgical conditions, who are assessed to have limited mobility, including due to environmental factors. Pediatric and adolescent patients aged between 7 and 18 years whose legal guardians (or the patients themselves, if applicable) have provided informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Infants and young children aged 6 years or younger who may have difficulty understanding the program. Patients with impaired consciousness or cognitive function that prevents participation in the rehabilitation exercise program. Patients with ongoing biomechanical instability. Patients with severe limitations in muscle strength or joint range of motion, or those with amputation impairments that make it difficult to perform most of the exercises. Patients with fractures or skeletal instability requiring movement restrictions that hinder participation in the rehabilitation program. Patients with significant visual or hearing impairments that interfere with participation in the program. Patients currently undergoing extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) or continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). Patients lacking decision-making capacity or the ability to understand the study.
