Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Community-dwelling elderly aged 55-84 years old 2. Subjects with mild & moderate cognitive decline with a score of 10-25 on the Korean version of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (K-MoCA)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have difficulty walking independently due to serious visual field defects, fractures, brain diseases, etc. 2. Those who have a history of musculoskeletal disorders that may cause problems in physical function, such as fractures, within the past 6 months prior to recruitment 3. Those who have difficulty understanding and voluntarily consenting to participate in the study due to severe cognitive decline (K-MoCA score of 9 or lower) 4. Those who cannot read Korean and thus have difficulty in accurate functional assessment 5. Those who have serious existing mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder 6. Those who are not suitable for non-invasive brain stimulation intervention - those with implanted medical devices such as pacemakers, those with skull metal inserts, those with wounds on the skin where the electrodes are attached, those with a history of epilepsy, pregnant or lactating women
