Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged between 20 and 49 years Individuals diagnosed with forward head posture (craniovertebral angle = 51°) Individuals who experience discomfort in the neck and shoulder area during prolonged sitting Individuals who frequently use smartphones or engage in prolonged computer work Individuals who fully understand the purpose and procedures of the study and voluntarily agree to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with contraindications to shockwave therapy, such as bleeding at the treatment site or use of anticoagulant medications Individuals with a history of fracture or surgery in the neck or shoulder area within the past six months Individuals unable to perform exercises due to medical conditions Individuals unable to comply with the study procedures
