Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fifth-grade students enrolled at Yeoul Elementary School in Sejong Provided written informed consent from both the student and their legal guardian Able to continuously participate in the 8-week health behavior intervention (HE-SNS or HE)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The following individuals will be excluded from the study: Those who do not submit a parental consent form Those who do not provide their own assent to participate Those with learning disabilities that make it difficult to understand the intervention content Those with emotional or behavioral issues that interfere with group activities Those who are expected to have difficulty consistently attending the 8-week intervention
