Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients who underwent surgery between November 1, 2005, and December 31, 2020. ? Patients diagnosed with invasive intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm (IPMN) during the same period who underwent surgical resection, such as pancreaticoduodenectomy or distal pancreatectomy, followed by adjuvant chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy. ? Patients with at least 12 months of postoperative follow-up. ? Patients with available radiological, pathological, and surgical data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients found to have distant metastasis or unresectable invasive intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm (IPMN) during surgery (i.e., those who underwent palliative surgery). ? Patients with suspected peritoneal seeding. ? Patients with unclear or unknown adjuvant treatment status. ? Patients with incomplete or missing follow-up data.
