Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.No orthopedic conditions 2.No limitations in joint range of motion 3.No current medical conditions affecting measurements 4. no current trauma or pain 5. understand the purpose of this study and agree to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with musculoskeletal conditions such as shoulders and elbows 2.Subjects who are unable to exercise on their own 3.Subjects with past or present cardiovascular disease 4.Subjects who are unable to perform the stabilization exercise positions of this study 5.Subjects who do not agree to participate in this study
