Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult women who are diagnosed with breast cancer, age 18 or older, and have not been more than 5 years from completion of surgery or chemotherapy as primary treatment for the primary cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with recurrent, metastatic, or other primary cancers 2) Unable to participate in all of the programs offered in this study 3) Those who have participated in similar studies in the past 4) Those who cannot read or communicate in Korean 5) Those with mental illness 6) Have other acute or chronic illnesses other than breast cancer, such as cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, neurologic disease, uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes, chronic renal failure, etc.
