Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 19 and above. 2. Patients who have lost two or more consecutive teeth and require fixed bridge prosthetic treatment after the placement of two or more implants in the premolar and molar areas. 3. Patients who have completed a healing period of at least 3 months after extraction. 4. Patients who can achieve initial stability of 30N or more during implant surgery and an ISQ value of 65 or more. 5. Patients who do not require bone grafting. 6. Patients who require bone grafting for less than half the length of the implant and have suitable restoration space in the edentulous area, allowing for the application of multiunit abutments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals under the age of 19. 2. Patients with the loss of two or more consecutive anterior teeth. 3. Patients with uncontrolled systemic metabolic diseases (e.g., diabetes). 4. Patients with a history of radiation therapy or chemotherapy for head and neck cancer. 5. Patients who have taken medications within the last 4 months that interfere with bone metabolism (such as Bisphosphonates or Denosumab). 6. Patients with contraindications to implant surgery due to systemic or oral diseases. 7. Patients showing initial stability of less than 30N or an ISQ value of less than 65 during implant surgery. 8. Patients requiring bone grafting for more than half the length of the implant. 9. Patients with insufficient space for restoration making it difficult to apply multiunit abutments. 10. Heavy smokers (smoking more than 10 cigarettes per day). 11. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
