Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 65 years or older 2) Residents of J district among the autonomous districts of Seoul 3) In a prefrail state 4) Without severe cognitive impairment (Mini Mental State Examination score of 18 or higher) 5) Able to communicate verbally and cooperate with physical measurements and fitness assessments

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are participating in other health promotion programs at the time of recruitment, or who plan to participate in similar programs during the period of this program
