Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients aged 19 years or older 2. Patients requiring the placement of at least one dental implant 3. Patients with horizontal or vertical bone defects at the intended implant site

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with uncontrolled periodontal disease 2. Patients with uncontrolled metabolic diseases such as diabetes 3. Smokers (more than 10 cigarettes per day) 4. Patients with a history of radiation therapy or chemotherapy in the head and neck region 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding patients 6. Patients currently taking medications associated with MRONJ risk (e.g., bisphosphonates, denosumab) who cannot discontinue use due to systemic medical reasons
