Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Men age 40 and older, but younger than 65 with diagnosed liver disease 2) Have one or more of the following metabolic risk factors according to the Korean Academy of Family Medicine diagnostic criteria (1) Hypertriglyceridemia and low HDL cholesterolemia - blood triglyceride levels greater than 150 mg/dL, HDL cholesterol levels less than 40 mg/dl, or taking medications for hyperlipidemia (medications to lower triglyceride levels or medications to raise HDL cholesterol levels) (2) Hypertension - systolic blood pressure of 130 mm Hg or higher, diastolic blood pressure of 85 mm Hg or higher, or taking medication to treat high blood pressure (3) Impaired fasting glucose - fasting blood glucose level of 100 mg/dL or greater, or taking medications to control blood sugar (4) Abdominal obesity - waist circumference greater than or equal to 90 cm 3) Be able to communicate and complete online surveys on their own

Exclusion criteria: 1) Decompensated cirrhosis 2) Diagnosed with liver cancer or other cancers
