Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were as follows: (1) nurses currently working in adult ICU and (2) shift nurses directly involved in patient care. (3) 1 to 10 years of experience in adult ICUs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses not engaged in direct patient care were excluded.
