Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult cleft lip and palate patients aged 19 to under 80 years. 2. Patients with a clearly diagnosed indication for surgery. 3. Patients diagnosed as requiring conventional orthognathic surgery. 4. Patients who can be followed up for at least one year. 5. Patients who have provided written consent after being informed of the purpose and procedures of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe systemic diseases (e.g., cardiovascular, neurological conditions). 2. High risk of complications during the surgical procedure. 3. Difficulty in participating in the study due to psychiatric disorders. 4. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
