Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who have undergone percutaneous device or surgical closure for atrial septal defect

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed with atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter before the closure procedure 2) Patients who underwent catheter ablation or cardioversion for atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter before the closure procedure (M6541, M6542, M6546, M6547, M0651, M0652, M5880) 3) Patients who underwent arrhythmia surgery during the closure procedure (O2006, O2007) 4) Patients who underwent surgery for congenital heart disease (Q20-28), excluding patent ductus arteriosus (Q25.5) or non-specific cardiac malformations (Q24.9)
