Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The selection criteria for research participants included individuals who experienced knee pain in two or more activities such as climbing stairs, squatting, prolonged sitting, running, and squatting, as well as individuals scoring three or more points in the Clarke test for knee pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a history of patellar dislocation or fracture, those who underwent lower limb surgery four months ago, individuals with spinal disorders, lumbar nerve or muscle disorders, or symptoms of nerve compression are excluded.
