Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants scoring 28 or above on the PTSD Checklist for DSM-5 (PCL-5)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Those currently diagnosed with and receiving treatment for acute medical conditions - Those unable to communicate verbally - If taking any medications, prior screening is required
