Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Subjects who voluntarily agreed to participate in this study, children in grades 1-3 of elementary school (6-9 years old) - Children in the mixed dentition stage where the upper and lower first molars and central incisors have erupted - Children whose guardians use smartphones - Children attending and residing in elementary schools located in Jeju City, Jeju Island or on islands affiliated with the city (Chuja Island, Udo Island, Gapado Island, etc.) - Control group: Children attending and residing in elementary schools located in Seoul.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Children receiving head and neck radiation therapy - Children with disabilities or those lacking the capacity to consent - In case of withdrawal of consent - Other persons deemed inappropriate by the research team
