Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) A person who understands the purpose of this study and agrees to participate. 2) A person who can communicate verbally and does not interfere with physical activity 3) In the case of children and adolescents, both legal representatives and study subjects voluntarily agreed to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who have not participated in more than three music therapy programs 2) Subjects who refuse psychological and physiological measurements 3) Subjects with physical difficulties in participating in music therapy programs 4) A person who is currently participating in another treatment program at least once a week
