Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Body mass index (BMI) of 25 kg/? or more or body fat percentage of 25% or more for men and 30% or more for women after Inbody measurement 2) Eating breakfast at least 5 times per week 3) Those who can consume the product for 6 weeks 4) Able to consume milk daily

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of taking weight loss medication or participating in other weight loss programmes in the past 6 months 2) Weight change of 3 kg or more in the 6 months prior to the study 3) Concomitant use of contraindicated medications: use of medications or foods that may affect weight, such as obesity medications, oral steroids, hormonal agents, weight management supplements, etc. (However, medications such as antidepressants, antipsychotics, antiarrhythmics, diabetes medications, and antihistamines are permitted if weight has been maintained stable for the past 6 months) 4) Previous history of bariatric surgery 5) Those with eating disorders (bulimia nervosa, anorexia nervosa, etc.) or food allergies 6) Those with alcohol dependence syndrome
