Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Right-handed adults aged 20 to under 80 who are native Korean speakers. Chronic stroke patients with stroke confirmed by brain imaging (MRI, CT, etc.) at least 9 months post-onset. Patients with language deficits identified after their initial stroke diagnosis. Patients with normal or correctable vision and hearing. Patients with a repetition score of at least 40%. Patients with naming scores showing deficits below 90% of the total score. Patients not undergoing language therapy at the time of study participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of stroke or other neurological conditions (e.g., dementia, traumatic brain injury, psychiatric disorders) prior to the current stroke. Patients with unstable vital signs, making them unsuitable for participation in the study. Patients unable to undergo MRI scanning due to claustrophobia or personal reasons.
