Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 20-55 years undergoing gynecological surgery under general anesthesia American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical status classification system I to II grades
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - If the patient do not agree to this study - History of eye disease (Addy's syndrome, Horner's syndrome, Sjogren's disease, etc.) or eye surgery - If the patient have a nervous system or metabolic disease (high blood pressure, diabetes, etc.) - Taking medications that may affect the autonomic or central nervous system (anticholinergics, beta blockers/agonists, alpha agonists, antidepressants, antianxiety drugs, anticonvulsants, opioids) - History of substance abuse or mental illness - If the patient are suffering from chronic pain within 2 weeks or if you have taken painkillers before surgery - If the patient are using a pacemaker or have an arrhythmia
